How many of you girls workout? What's your routine?

I workout 6 days a week. I do yoga or pilates for 2 of the days and then a combination of weightlifting and cardio for an hour and a half the other 4 days. I like doing classes as well. My gym has kickboxing and zumba which are both fun!

I used to work at one of the Gyms so I don't have to pay 🙂 My apartment complex has a really nice facility too so I'm lucky. The area I live in is very fit and health conscious.
