I just found CastawayCruises through your site and it was so nice to have an agency found online that isn''t intimidating, by making you feel that you really need to buy NOW. I contacted the lady responsible for this site/business and she was very accommodating towards my needs, as I needed a flight that didn''t cost me too much including a hotel in Italy, car rental and Independent Tour.
She is a believer in quality Customer Service and she proved it by the way she handled my travel plans. She helped me easily to get my money exchanged from us dollars to Italian money by showing me how to use her Foreign exchange link on her site, which only costs the amount to get the exchange done...sorry I could go on and on, but her service was excellent and I would recommend Castaway Cruises to anyone..Her business is run from her home office and is online only, but she is easily accessible by email.
