this has to be the stupidest thing i ever heard. a vampire has to suck blood or they are not a vampire. true vampires will not abide by this rule, they will break off... there is no question about it, drink away!

First, not all vampires drink blood. But, then, who am I going to convince of that.

Secondly, it's rather dumb to say that all Sanguinarinas HAVE to stop...why should they? As long as they have donors there should be no problem.

Lastly, this is the first time I've ever heard of this so called International Vampire Conference group...or, whatever they are. I'd like to know who they are and what gives them the right to decide what all other vampyres can or can not do!
