Ben, I think you may have been a little hard on the girl....I know that most of what you said is true and I agree on the lack of motivation and also have no idea how she can afford a computer and a sercice if''n she''s that helpless. I do, however, feel the girl has a problem and a reality check isn''t likely going to be effective for a person who''s lost, or, more probable, never possessed any degree of motivation....I know....lifes a bitch?
