For what reasons would you push someone away?

Hi, im not a gemini but i pushed a gemini guy away.. reasons for this is his fickleness and flightiness.. he leaves me in confusion almost feels like he's testing and playing games on me which i freaking dislike. im a pisces and im very observant and pays a lot if attentiin un actions and words and just a slight hint of insincerity i pull away.. i like this gem guy a lot but i just cant deal with it anymore, im an aries venus so does he but i dont get a thrill out of chasing, i dont like chasing even the guy that i like the most and then what? If i do that he'll pull away and u chase and chase till ur exhausted.. i want my feelings be reciprocated if not i can widraw them all in just a snap and move on.. too bad bec i pushed him away and now im kinda missing him but still i have a busy life to live so im still fine.. did i confuse u with my reply?? Lol im sorry..

When I need something (an emotion or action), ask for it point-blank, then get ignored. I will definitely freeze you out for that. Especially if I ask multiple times.

I've down all those stuff and that just brought my gem guy closer.

I'm also a slow burner. I give a lot of chances, but your chances will eventually run out. By the time you notice that I'm pushing you away, things are NOT good. By the time you see it in the outside, it's already been happening on the inside for quite a while.

I agree with all of this.... I cut people off cold turkey, but they always see it coming if they are paying attention. I will tell you time and time again that I am reaching a limit.... then once I am there it is near impossible to fix.

lol Are you sure that is what brought him closer. Gems are not all about games...sounds like a guy has fallen in love with his girl and is willing to stick with you through bs

the only time I push someone away is when they continue to criticize, complain or just don't care about my feelings and/or POV.

I'm a pretty forgiving person and will often suck it up and tough it out giving someone whom I care about a little wiggle room to come to their senses.
When they don't, I get pissed, internalize, and often push them away. I don't like yelling obscenities at people I care about. That's not me.

I may lose that individual for a while, or even for long term. It is what it is. One thing I've learned is that life goes on and I'm not going to fall apart when this happens. I'm old enough to have gone through enough of these experiences to know they aren't the end of the world.

I've also noted that my workouts at the gym are twice as intense when this happens. So sometimes something bad can be a catalyst for something good.

Right.... But, I must admit that I wonder, for how long.....?? I personally will let it slide the first time. And, then each time after that, it builds distance, resentment and most of all detachment!! That is until the inevitable happens and they stand there wondering "why" and "what went wrong".

I keep pushing some people away once they start showing up they like me even when we still dont know each other that much. I always prefer to be closefriends first before we date. otherwise, I'm not going anywhere with you. Lol.

And yeah, if someone breaks my trust in a snap of a finger you aint getting any of them back. The trust and you alone are gone for good.

Just pushed a Sag away...I'm just not into it. It's been that way for a few months...*sigh*
