Gemini guy ignoring

I have been a friend with this guy for 5 years. he considered me as his best friend ,well thats what he said. we use to talk almost everyday. last year due to misunderstanding between my other best friend n him he had stopped talking with me like before. he stopped talking n i tried talking with him but he did not show much interest n use to he very formal. he use to text me if he needed help n nothing more. after more than 1 year he made a plan to meet but cancelled because he had been to a party n got drunk he said sorry n i said its ok. after that no contact at all. after more than a month he saw me n called me i ignored him n continued walking but in the end i stopped n turned around he did not say anything n than i just said bye n moved on. i felt guilty for ignoring him so i texted next day n he was a bit sour about me ignoring him i said sorry n thot everything was fine as he invited next day at his place we talked like before . but after few days he avoided me when he saw me i said hi but he just stared at me n replied with a witty comment .
i dont get this guy why is he being like this? its driving me crazy. he is a gemini sun with aquarious moon please help me should i clear things out with him? will he reply properly...i know its a very long story but i need help... thank you in advance :-)

I have been good in a relationship with a Gem guy, we got along great and still do! I also have guy friends who are Geminis, yeah they hate being ignored, and they can drop people pretty quick. So maybe something your friend or someone something said about you got to his head, and he didn't care much to resolve it.

It's amazing till it lasts with them n that's it.He might just be bored. N the tiff between him n your friend can just be an excuse more than anything.He cancels plans,talks formally,doesn't show interest in your efforts n felt bad because you ignored him for a second? Albeit, you even apologised!He might just be in pursuit of someother person or thing to keep him mentally stimulated.

so should i totally cut ties with him? or should i try resolvin? i really dont like to lose a friend n 5 years is a pretty long time.

There's no issue to be resolved.I wouldn't ask you to cut ties..but I can tell it won't get any better.If it does remember it's only gonna be momentary.Try not to invest your emotions much.If you think you can't handle it, move on..

so why on earth do gemini's choose to ignore people when they hate to be ignored? this gemini keeps on ignoring me whenever we have fights. seriously!

I hate to rain on your parade, so do Libra's. It takes two and I know better. I am more than sure you were not entirely innocent. You provoked in some way and you don't like the results.

This man has it spot on. One - the mirroring thing. Very much what Gems do, in friendships and in relationships. Two - never ignore. We like down to earth people, we don't like fake people, or those who think they are "too cool". There are better ways to express yourself. For instance - use your words and have a conversation to clear the air!

When you ignore someone who gives you eye contact, there, right there you hurt the person BIG time.

After that, its difficult and sometimes impossible for the other person to forget that. Am sorry its human to not forget this, not just a Gemini thing.
