I am a scorpio/sag cuspian, i have 2 bosses that are geminis whom i am having great difficulty getting through to. I want to say that i feel they are taking advantage of me. Yes immediately i am pulling the logic v emotion agrument. I am their assistant and for the past 2 months i can count on one hand the number of times i have seen both my bosses at work. I cover their phones, do their work, and take their crap when they lay it out. The reason i feel they are taking advantage is that they know they have someone who handles their business so they can do their outside endeavors. They are never at work and it falls on me to someway manage to do work with 2 missing bosses. Whenever i want something to change and i go to talk to them i feel both "gang" up on me they obviously do not see it that way. They are very good on selling me on an idea but im a scorpio deep down and look at their actions more than words. So you can see the disconnect here and my frustrations levels are rising. I feel my freedome is restricted and im looking for a way out. I was attempting to help control a growing problem but it seems they are going to go about it the same way they always have...let me blow off some steam and think the problem went away. So is my only option something drastic like leaving to make a point?
