Proud of my Gemini sister :)

my sister, (may 31st) has had a catalogue of horrible relationships in which she gets trapped until she ends up in rehab for some addiction or other. she emailed me today with this news, (you will gather from this that we don't talk very much):

"Last year I met a man and we dated for about 7 months. Things were going well in terms of love and thinking of a future together etc but to be honest he had a bit of a drinking problem and it concerned me as I worried I would go down that route too so I ended it. Unfortunately, because he hadn't done anything fundamentally wrong I took a really long time to get over it (ended it in December - just getting over it now) but oh well."

she has shot to the top of my estimation. just wanted to share 🙂

has anyone else walked away from a partner they loved with an addiction for fear of becoming addicted yourself?

yeah, i never quite got her attraction for losers and junkies but at least she seems to have kicked that habit at least. 🙂

I don't walk away from my woman cos she does weed, no I don't do she don't walk away from me cos I smoke and drink we are cool like that.
