Incline on the Treadmill -15min (warm up)
and elliptical (Adjust the resistance)-45min
Strength train:
legs, arms, abs..on alternate days of the week.
Cut those comfort foods while you still have a chance!!
Increase fiberous and WATER intake
Decrease bad carbs and dairy
Chub-chub gone in no time!

We're gonna go to the fitness center when the weather warms. Yeah excuses excuses, but it's so lovely to stay home and cuddle and watch movies on the couch with popcorn, chips, and chocolate cookies....hot cocoa, hot mocha coffee that tastes like starbucks. I'm hungry....

wesome. That's what my body looks like too, very fat and all around blubbery. I'm hoping for several kilos off. then next winter, another gain!!

LOL...you sound like my "inner fat girl"...she's the little voice in my head that screams whenever I don't want to get up in the morning for the gym or when sweets cross my path nearly derailing my goals..But I shake her off.. I actually did have a peanut butter sandwich with coffee this morning. i love eating. eating while i bike like the photo above.

a good link and lists for getting rid of winter fat. I gain lots of weight during the winter, loads of delicious holiday foods, and just overall winter gain, (COMFORT foods are yummy) so, in order to lose some of those extra pounds/kilos,
in the link,
1. Lose the Booze. (sighs) what about summer wines along with fish dinners and pastas? sighs...
2. Eat at home more (me and hubby already do that!) >__>
3. Exercise (well that's a given)
4. Treat yourself to snacks...(really??! that's too good to be true because we already do that)
I guess summer's easier to lose all the weight cause the sun's shining and there's more activity. And it's not so darn cold all the time, freezing your butt and turning up the heater and eating up all the comfort foods to fight winter colds.
