If it's for transitting Plut's sake, the Cancer part is more important. yeah, you're right.
I just noticed my mom got cancer when Pluto/Sag/22° was opposing her natal Saturn/Gemini/22°. Then Pluto rolled over her back and forth around 22 for two years. It was interesting that she told me (at the end of the first year) I got the feeling I'm getting omitted. It was 9 months before cancer was diagnosed.
