You can't say what you said and not expect backlash. Whatever she's saying about you is probably her truth even if it's shit to you. You seem more worried about your rep than her feelings.

the thing is i care alot about her, she isnt just some girl i started talking to, ive known her since i was little, which makes me beleive that maybe she wouldnt hurt me..i told her that i said what i said because i got scared, i was afraid of commitment so i came up with an excuse..she actually means alot to me and she knows this but i think she wants to hurt me just for the simple fact that she cares for me. but i dont kknow if she actually talking shit about me..so i dont know what to do

Shes a leo girl. Just that, a girl. Not a leo woman. When i was younger, i was really vengeful and bitter when someone hurt me. Even talked mad crap when i could. If she doesnt want to forgive you, then thats poison on her. Not you. Jist let her be and move on. Eventually she will realize she was wrong and.may even apologize to you. Hope it helps.
