Unnecessarily complicated Leo....

I'm organising something and this Leo guy that I don't know very well agreed to jump on board. I don't get him! He's so vague about everything, like he makes everything unnecessarily complicated... and when you're trying to organise something it's really frustrating! We were going to meet up with somebody and I asked him to pick me up on his way because I was on the same road (pretty much) that he takes... the convo went like this...
" Can you collect me?"
" No"
" What why?"
"Because.... "
" —"
" I don't go that way"
" That's the only way you can go?? it's like 5 mins off the journey"
" Nah sorry"
At this point I wanted to tell him to go F himself but instead I just said 'ok'... anyway, a couple of hours later, just before I had to leave he texts me.
" How you getting there?"
" Bus"
" You don't want me to collect you then?"
" Eh... yeah but you said no?"
" Obviously I'm going to collect you."
Why would somebody do this... is it meant to be funny? Maybe I'm losing my sense of humour... but my god it's soooo annoying.

sounds like you're trying too hard to get somewhere.
also, acting like someone owes you something is not a good thing with any sign. Tsk, tsk..

He collected you because he cares. Also looks like it was his way of expressing he doesn't like under the expectation that you can boss him around..
I've noticed some Arians do that..not with a bad intention but still..

But I do think he could have said more things. Perhaps he was trying to keep it cool in the heat of the moment.

I don't really think I was expecting much to be honest. Also this is only one example.... I ask him what time he wants to meet and he'll reply 'dunno' so I'll say ' Well, what time are you finished' and he'll say 'later'... I constantly have to dig to get answers out of him when really it doesn't have to be like that.

I'm not sure what his other signs are unfortunately. I might be able to find out.

If he doesn't seem to take you seriously, you might as well do the same.

He may try to cling harder from watching you be more detached but, don't let it get to you.

We're not involved by the way... Maybe it came across like that. We're just working on something together, that's why it's annoying because it's important that we work together.
Although, the thought did cross my mind that maybe he likes me and is playing some kind of weird game, if that's the case he's going about it the wrong way haha.
