Assistance with Libra female

I work with this Libra lady and she has lots of male friends. Recently she has been paying me some attention even though I don't go out of my way to talk to her. I've heard that Libras like to flirt alot and my question is how do you tell between the Libra that's flirting with you and the one that's really interested?

Truth is, you may never know. There are many kinds of Libra behaviour, and Libra foil techniques.
If anything, Libra may not be a straightforward sign as you may expect. They play on subtlety.
Sometimes they flirt harder with you because you're just a friend; some Libras ignore and avoid those they like.
Sometimes, it's the other way around.
But since you're only in the beginning stages, maybe you should play it cool first.
Because, coming on too strong can have the opposite effect on a Libran - push them away to someone else. They may figure, if you like them so much, you'll always be there, so they can explore other territory first.

But, once the ice stage is over, you can know their interest by the amount of attention and sacrifice they pay unto you. They won't neglect you for someone else; you are the focal point of their thoughts, and actions. In other words, you feel really special, and not in the friend way.
