I eat mainly a vegetarian organic diet low in fat, sugar, and wheat. I recently am VERY sugar sensitive and it can really screw with my moods.
I, however, hate the gym. I rather do something fun. Like this weekend I am taking a dance workshop! I also use to really like aquafit cause it reminded me of splashing about in the pool when I was a kid. I don't like exercise that seems like exercise. I rather have fun. lol!
I don't care much for exercise either, but I do it pretty reguluarly. I like to eat very fresh foods, veggies, fruits, and meats. Nothing frozen, nothing processed if I can help it. I loooove carbs, but don't eat too many of them because they give me too much padding and I don't burn them off quick enough.
Every now and again, I indulge and eat whatever I please, but usually, it is the fresh foods that I love the most.
