It also helps if you give his perosnal interests. I don't know why people think that you can tell someone's gift preferences based on sun sign alone. It doesn't work that way.

Two in particular that I can think of, while they do like really nice things and money, both were so different in preferences.

One didn't mind random funny things, or odds and ends that pertained to his interests. He liked fine whiskey and always had some on hand, so I got him some really nice whiskey rocks glasses (he didn't have any) and a few odds and ends that were kind of jokes between us (he was an electrician, stressed, so I got him a lightbulb stress ball).

Another was SO practical. Super neat freak (unlike the other), had very few possessions, didn't bother with random odds and ends. Very... sterile haha. But he was all about practicality. I got him a desk valet for his glasses, watches, keys, etc, which were always kinda just around on his desk.

Also, now that I think about it, my Libran uncle is so whatever, he's happy with either a case of his fave beer or a restaurant gift card.

All really appreciate nice things, but they were all very different in personal likes.

I really like the whisky glasses idea, will definitely add that to my list of consideration. Thank you! ๐Ÿ˜„

I always figured libras liked practical gifts. Things that they need.

My mom - we would redo her kitchen over the weekend.

My brother - money money money

Ex bf - he liked me, so I'd make it special. Scented oil?? Don't mind I'd I do lol

But as your friend, a book sounds nice. What about a local concert? Get you guys a ticket and you could enjoy it too?

Good luck!! Tis the season!!
Thank you for your help! ๐Ÿ™‚ Yeah, a concert sounds awesome, I'll have to mention that to him ๐Ÿ˜›

I had some great champagne. Great stuff.

But if he's been waiting for the manga, that'd be better.
Thank you! ๐Ÿ™‚ I think I'm going to get him a bottle of rum or pack of beer and the manga ๐Ÿ˜›
You're such a sweet friend ๐Ÿ™‚
+1 I was just thinking that sounds like a really generous spirit, but I wasn't going to say anything.

I'm not a Libra man, but I am Libra and personally I've always appreciated any gift really, as long as it's from the heart. Cheesy I know. But to me, it doesn't matter how cheap or practical it is, if I know the person who gifted it to me put a lot of thought into it (like you are doing), it means so much more to me. I've received a cute purple hippo toothbrush holder from an equally adorkable friend, and I loved it. I still have it, although now my 2-yr-old son uses it. Another time, a flatmate knew I was looking to buy a new blender after my old one broke, so guess what she got me ๐Ÿ˜„ ... of course she got to use it too while we were flatting together heh
