I have no idea how to interpret this.... Lol help

One of my libra male friends sent me my libra's guy sign chart. He was born Oct. 22 unknown of a birth time. Told me "this is it what your dealing with" I have no idea how to read a chart, yet along know what it means. If anyone can help me I truly appreciate it. Also how do you know if this is accurate? I like learning new things so this is quite intriguing you can find these things.

Me, I'm Libra Mars, Scorpio Venus, Pisces Moon, Virgo Mercury. Those are the main ones I pay attention to in my chart. I'm far from being an expert at this stuff though. Tiziani is a good one to ask for some more insight.

Haha, it's true. That Scorp bit is intense, but combine it with the flighty, Libran uncertainty and you just have a total mess.
