Libra Guy + Pisces Lady

I've been friends with my libra guy for many years, we've both seen each other go through many relationships.. for the past 2 years or so it seems we have really began to notice each other and become closer/ more comfortable friends. We get along quite well. So he asked me to hang out one-on-one recently after a fun night of some touchy feely sexual tension flirting. I've always known girls to chase after him and have always felt that if it was right for us then I would let him come to me. I've read that pisces/ libra aren't typically a good match so I was hoping to get some insight about how this might go down.. Here are our placements.

Even as friends it's hard to work out for an airy Pisces and libra. My fave kind of piscean have scorp moons.

I have been with my Libra for 5 years and we have been friends for seven. Interesting enough is that I am a Pisces Sun with a Libra raising and he is a Libra Sun with a Pisces rising. I wonder if that impacts us. We get on each others nerves, have the male/female communication problem but I have learned that you can't just go by the Sun signs. You have to take into account every aspect of the birth chart to get a clear picture. I have dated/been with guys who were Cancers, Scorps, Caps and it didn't work out. Here I am with a Libra and he is my best friend and best lover. We have our moments and I mean we have our moments but he is the only man who has ever been sincere in his actions.
