I recently found out my Libra colleague has a Scorpio Rising, making him not so Libran-like from a distance.

He is a mix of sugar and spice. The spice scares me a little and has made me very reserved. I've decided the sugar; however, deserves a little more attention as he's been very sweet. He loves to wear pink, has long eyelashes like a girl, talks like a girl, and is just overall very cutesy. He made a funny face at me today, because he could tell I was bored.

I am thinking of throwing a child nick-name at him in return. Say his name is James. I would want to call him Jamesy. Or say his name is Thomas. I could call him Tommy.

I know Cancer venus signs and Geminis are cool with this. I am not sure about Libras though. And I don't want to embarrass myself or cause an awkward scene; his Scorpio rising already draws out insecurities in me I need to sort through.

Libras, how do you respond to random nicknames? Does it matter if it's from a close friend or colleague?

Err. Yeah, if anyone starts calling me Nicky, I ain't havin' it. haha

Nicknames in general aren't always about transforming one's given name into something cute. I've had people call me a myriad of different things throughout the years. Some not suitable for saying here, but.. yeah. Go with what he's into/likes and start from there. Nicknames should come naturally. I tend to do it with my friends, all to their annoyance.

But it matches him so much!! It's like buying your friend a cute pair of shoes to go with her outfit. And you know it would so match her.

I only know that he likes the food I cook. : ) I like the food I cook, too. I find I like food a lot in general.

Maybe I'll make him a cake pop with strawberry frosting to match his pink shirt. Hehehe.
