Reterograde mercury

With regard to the post about reterograde mercury, does this only apply to librans? I have been putting my foot in my mouth all week, i have even lost a friend over it!

No, this effect of mercury is on EVERYONE--all signs, not just Librans. I thought I'd place the warning on this board because I'm a Libran myself. The retrograde effect will last until June 8th.

What does the Retrograde mean??

I'm not 100% sure but it may mean that something about mercury is turning the other way or something to that effect--I'll have to look it up in my books. I just know for a fact that it's not a good time for anyone. All sorts of trouble enfold.

I went on vacation during Merc-retro. There were many near accidents, as well as a pick-up with a flat tire at a rest area. The gentleman was sleeping in his rig when I stopped....when I came back to my car he was awake and I told him about his tire..he laughed and said "I'm not surprised this has been the most delayed trip I have ever taken."
A tire blew off a semi in front of us and sparks filled the sky like the fourth of July.
A passing car on the freeway pulled into my lane at night in the rain forcing us next to the guard rail.
The wrong candleabra's showed up at the wedding, plus the day before the slip was suddenly missing when we went to pick up the wedding dress.
That was just a few things.
Oh..I forgot the biggy! I had the car checked out on the rack before I left and discovered I needed a new tie rod and had to rent a car. Whew! What a week!

Was the front end of the car wobbling? If it wasn't, then I doubt it was a tie rod. I just got my van back from the garage and the mechanic did some extra work with out asking me, guess what--he didn't get paid!! Out of a 600.00 bill he got 280.00, and I got to keep all the extra parts; suchs as, new radiator, fan motor, and other small stuff. I am tired of them trying to take advantage of women, and I let everyone with in hearing range know it!!!

and i just might be losing my job.....

Did you talk to her(your boss) and find out what the problem is— I feel for ya. If you do lose it, it sounds like maybe because of personal reasons and there isn't much you can do about that. Chalk it up and find another one is about all I can say! 😢 Next time ask around the office and see what others have to say about the boss.

I DID approach her about the calls coming in about MY position and the resumes coming in the fax--not to mention the ad they placed in a magazine--they're not too bright!! She said "don't worry" "you're crazy-don't worry" I think she lied to me all three times--also her henchman sidekick who placed the ad--he lied to me also. I asked around the office--no ne knows what's going on unless they're lying too.

Calm down. She told you your nuts to be worrying about it. That means your doing your job; now you need to go back in and ask for that raise. Do it on June 9th and no later!!! I don't think she was lying to you. Maybe they are expanding or a good companies have stacks of resumes on hand it doesn't mean a thing. She may be testing your commitment? I would take her at her word and then go ask for the raise. Make sure you are able to tell her the reasons why you think you deserve one!!

My company cannot afford to hire another person though. Our finances are tough right now. I have a good reason to be paranoid.

Well, what can you do about it? Are you a union employee? If not, they can fire you in most states just because they don't like you. It sucks and there is no loyalty at companies anymore. If she does fire you, you'll find another! Life will go on, it has to..

I have been having similar problems at work, but this morning out of the blue I received another job offer.
The last manager from where I am working now, asked me to transfer to his new site. It will be a less stressful working environment. I hope there is something good coming up for you too, I know all Lib's need it right now.

Thankyou 152 and others, I appreciate your input. It's a really obscure situation and I'm just tired of feeling like the damn target/scapegoat in these work environment situations. Time will tell in the near future about what is going to happen. I know one thing is for sure, I HATE looking for work!! I'd rather have my gums scraped by the dentist than look for another job.

Try letting go of the work situation and concentrate on beautifying yourself. Sign up at the tanning salon, a trip to the beauty parlor for a manicure or a trip to the nicest department store in your area for illumination on a new style or addition to your wardrobe.
When you quit focusing on the job issue and start concentrating on what our planet Venus says makes us happy, you will begin to vibrate at a new level and trust me those things will come to you. I know what your saying about looking for work. If you do lose your job, go look for another one instantly while you have the momentum. If you don't, it's harder to scrap up the fortitude to go out and hammer away at it!!! It's kind of like being in shock and your running on your adrenline. I have always nailed another job when I went out right after I lost one.

Things have seem to cool down a bit here at work but only time will tell. It's possible that they might have been "playing me". If so, I don't like it. I feel like I don't know who to trust here.

Hang in there folks!! Just one more day of this damn retrograde action and things will cool down for everyone. Tensions should ease off.
