the more i see, the more people i meet, the more i get involved in situations...., the more am beginning to realize the perfection of our instincts vs the forced perception others impose on us. It cannot be denied any further and I am beginning to accept the fact that our brains can pin point way too much of truth even when everyone try to deny it and try to trick us into believing something that wanted us to believe.

All the Libras I know....have this way of thinking. they always want to find out the truth about an individual. We all have our outer selves and our deeper inner selves. PPl have many different dimensions. The last Libra had the nerve to try to decipher me and analyze me like I was hiding behind a mask. I never acted in anyway to cover my true self. I think that is his servival instinct. I would say 50% of the time they are off and the other is a lucky guess.

all people wear masks. Some more then one. tell me about it ! home mask, job mask, dxp mask, relationship mask, exhausting !

But I'll happily throw the first stone 😛

I do agree with your point Depressed about there not being one truth - we have our versions consisting of the facts we are presented, those we feel/perceive/deduce/rationalise subjectively or objectively in circumstances. Then the human in us steps in or the Ego, hence everyone presents their version as the real truth.
Those with fixed enough ego manage to emerge as leaders by pushing their 'truths' further without shaking. Some prefer structure so would rather believe another's 'truth' than deduce for themselves using this truth to create societal structures, uphold and pass it on as the only truth available.

For the iconoclastic minds - The more we live, the more we question...hence the truth will continue to change, we change with it so can we really make sense of any individual? The masks become a necessary part of life...

I should add that we knew each other for a long time....he already knew me very well. Then all of a sudden he was trying to pick me apart. Maybe he was trying to get to the nitty gritty. But like I said before, we have more than one dimension. I had no need to wear a mask with him. His remarks were more like criticisms. I don't mind that but he was on a high horse when he was delivering them. Condescending even.
