Thank you all.

I'm trying with Archangel Michael, though I'm also quickly finding out that being empaths on both sides doesn't help. There is a strong subconscious resistance to breaking the cords. So, I'll make peace with this for now.

We may have split, but the cords continue to exist and breathe and grow. They even glow. They are like electric cords. I tried cutting this by myself and they threw me off and somehow wound themselves tighter together.

The only way might be to see a healer to lead a prayer, a ritual or meditation.

Still thanks anyway.

can you explain the bond you share? Give examples maybe?

Is it even explicable? Hmm...

Okay, picture this. You know someone's every intention, moments of strength, vulnerability, etc. Sometimes, it gets distracting and for me, that has led to minor accidents, unconscious moves, making decisions that very obviously stem from his years of experience and not mine. Sometimes, I can almost hear him speak to me.

The most significant experience after the break was this sudden pull of anxiety. Serious anxiety hit me in the gut from nowhere. I started to panic, my heart was racing and all when lying back and drinking cocktails with a friend.

A good example would be the night of mares. I was having a truly bad dream. I hate dogs, and one was set to bite me. I woke up, and a second later, I got a message from him. Then, he went to bed and had a bad dream too. Different dreams; same tones.

Like I said, its not easily explained.

Thank you for the explanation.

Do you think these bond exist for a reason? As in maybe it's meant for something greater than your understanding? What if you're not meant to break the bond?

I'm just too curious for my own good I suppose, food for thought.

Yeah, they exist to teach and guide, but they are quite powerful too. If you don't break them, they can be very distracting. And, if you were romantically involved with someone with whom you have this bond, its truly painful when its over.
