these sites and astrologers seem so vague...

they keep saying mutables are gonna have difficulty.

like when it was saturn in Scorpio, the fixed signs are gonna have difficulty.

OK...

so what do you mean exactly? I know back in Scorpio Saturn, there were alot of deaths happening, especially close to us, aunts, uncles, grandparents, neighbors and their families.. it just seemed to effect us closely.

so what is the purpose of Saturn in Sag for mutables—

to be more what??

hm

my husband's best friend is an Aries sun/Taurus moon but he has gemini venus and gemini mars....

right now he's going through hell because his Libra sun girlfriend has been going through mental breakdown and quit her job months ago, So he carries all the burden for everything.

and his close family has cancer, the disease. So it's hell.

him being dominant gemini....this is a period of difficulty for him. It's very very stressful and sad.

Our pisces sun uncle/stellium had gone through a very very Difficult time, going through mental institutions and isolation due to losing everything last year.

this was when saturn is going into Sagittarius.

there is some relevance going on...

aries sun/taurus moon buddy of his doesn't mind carrying alot of the burden but his girlfriend is going through mental breakdown, so she is even unable to do alot of stuff around the house and take care of the baby at times. It stresses her too much.

Maybe she has Post Depression or something that SOME women have after having a baby. So they go into mental breakdown.

something like what Brooke Sheilds had gone through...so he carries ALOT of the burden of her mental breakdown, plus with cancer going around with family members too.

Brooke Shields seemingly has it all -- happy marriage, celebrated beauty, critical applause, world fame. Yet, after her child was born, she fought the "mother lode" of emotional battles: a crippling bout with postpartum depression.

Overview of Depression

After giving birth two years ago, actress/model/icon Brooke Shields was not singing lullabies in the pleasing voice that has earned her rave reviews on Broadway. Nor was she learning how to swaddle her newborn girl, Rowan Francis, named for her late father, Francis Shields. Instead, suffering from postpartum depression, she found herself staring out of the window of her fourth floor Manhattan apartment, contemplating putting an end to it all.

"I really didn't want to live anymore," she admits frankly. She says that, during this time, simply seeing a window was enough to prompt her to think, "'I just want to leap out of my life,' but then the rational side of me [would say], 'You're only on the fourth floor. You'll get broken to bits and then you will be even worse.'"

From the outside looking in, the 38-year-old former Calvin Klein model has everything -- happy family, career spanning decades -- but for Shields, the painful struggle to get pregnant and the ensuing slide into postpartum depression after her labor and delivery marks the most tumultuous time in her life.

Princeton-educated and seemingly savvy about all sorts of things, she still never knew that feelings of shame, secrecy, helplessness, and despair -- the classic signs of postpartum depression -- may affect as many as one in 10 new mothers within six months of delivery, according to the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists. More incapacitating than the "baby blues," postpartum depression is marked by severe sadness or emptiness, withdrawal from family and friends, a strong sense of failure, and even thoughts of suicide. These emotions can begin two or three weeks after birth and can last up to a year or longer if untreated.

i didnt realize so many women were hit with this so badly.

some horrible stuff in our extended family, alot of stuff has been happening around us again, and i thought saturn in Scorpio was bad. Maybe al the transits are so terrible in some way or another.
my brother in law's sister just passed away. :She is Gemini Sun/ gemini Jupiter /Pisces moon/venus taurus/venus mars.
we didn't know her well at all as we only met her during birthday parties and a few gatherings per year but we never talked. it's very sad to hear what happened. she was not doing well in her life from what i heard, and that she was kicked out of her apartment and moved in with a boyfriend (she had stopped paying rent) but she met a new man in her life and they moved in together. we dont know the details of course, but she was taking drugs and it was the cause of the death. (she was living a life of partying and going to concerts in her last year or two)
we were talking about how she must have KNOWN she was going to pass away.
that kind of inner knowing you know? so you live your life to the fullest.

If my Saturn is is Sagittarius... Does that mean it's a fucking awesome time for me? I'm such a wee baby dingus with anything past basics in astrology
some of my cousins have saturn in Sagittarius and they were going through major crisis right around when saturn in sag started. emotional breakdowns and alot of stuff in their personal and public life (career, work, studies) that changed them in so many ways. They seem different now, as if saturn really made them GROW UP kind of thing.

i dont know if it's because they're going through their saturn return, around late 20s, early 30s, and they seem haggard from all the pain and suffering, that seems to show on their face.

it's as if they can't go back anymore. I see it too.

it's hard on them, but if you have loved ones around you, you're gonna be OK.

my brother in law's sister passed away and she is a saturn in Sagittarius, whom i mentioned above, (so yes still very young) she didnt make it. She was going through a very very difficult time in her life -- the hardest ever.

it was already too late before anyone knew how DEEP her suffering was.

Saturn in scorpio kicked my ass in regards to work.. Now it's seems it's taking more of a physical toll from what I have seen.

I have been sick more times the past few months than the last 3 or 4 years.

I'm mut dominate with sag 1st stellium.

Work has actually seen a turn around so I'm grateful for that but still more changes on that front but they seem to be GOOD things. Time will tell I guess.

You recall my thread lisa in nov? About getting moved locations etc? It's turned out to be a positive change- but we going through a major change within the region I am located in Can't give specifics yet...

I'm just doing my best to embrace the change and ride the wave instead of fighting it. I think that's the biggest thing I learned from Saturn in scorpio🙂
yes i do.

it's been really weird. saturn in Scorpio for us was very very stark, and extremely dark. so many deaths around us. It was mostly old generations but still it was just so many. and one of them my husband's grandma. we didnt want her to go, and she could have lived maybe another five years, maybe longer, or so, but she got cancer.

saturn in sag got me back into school (taking online courses) so education seems to be very important. (sag is about higher learning, travel, religion and everything jupiterian) similar to pisces - although learning, and religion more about monasteries and enclosed privacy and peaceful surroundings for reprieve, since pisces is co ruled by Jupiter.

glad that saturn in sag is ok for you, and not as bad as saturn in Scorpio.

and yes, i do notice illness in alot of mutable dominants. i'm highly mutable too but im always ill. (i have a low immune system)

EDIT also weirdly my sister and her man are traveling the world right now...how is that saturn in sag for you?

unfortunately they returned for the funeral, of course.

Aw 😢 sorry to hear

I've been experiencing major changes towards positive progression in life. Closing doors that I allowed to trap me for many years. Scary leaps and bounds that have become worth it in the end. It's been a crazy ass ride. But with all these positive changes, there's been much anxiety/worry. Close to emotional break downs but only at home in bed where no one witnesses it. Thanks for kicking me in the ass Sagittarian Saturn! My life has changed for the best!

glad saturn in sag is making you grow for the better. It sucks growing up, (metaphorically) but we all gotta do it. but damn does it have to be so hard??

Saturn means hard work and being called out if you are being dishonest or taking too many shortcuts. If you normally work hard or are legit, it may even reward you, but most of us aren't THAT legit so...
it is definitely an ass kicker.

but it will make you stronger kind of thing.

EDIT also if you dont learn from these transits

people will keep suffering till their next 2nd saturn return, late 50s, early 60s.

why do that— why go through that torture?
