Moon bathing..?
Posted by sunkisses26Must have watched too many scary movies or something this week. For the first few minutes I was ok, then there were noises, then my imagination took over and I was "seeing" shadows or whatever in the woods behind trees, lmao!!

I just couldnt get comfortable I guess. I love being outside at night, but this was just a whole different experience. I may try again tonight, but I did it last night cause of the full moon.

Does this mean sitting and zoning out to the moon? Because I'll take my rainbow moonstone crystal and go to the waterfront and meditate while looking at the moon sometimes
I was really relaxed and fell right to sleep immediately when I came in, so maybe I was able to get a little something out of it.
Imma try again tonight, lol
Maybe it will be better on a clearer night, where I can really see and focus on the moon more attentively. We'll see. 🙂

I love it, but I've never gotten creeped out, but then there's nothing to be creeped out by because such things leave me along and usually give me a wide space.

But I just got the best of myself, it was a new experience and perhaps I felt vulnerable too but at the same time so liberated! Wish I could have stuck it out, lol.
