lol, my fault. Should have been more specific †
I do smudge yes.
it's very good...
I def feel a difference around the home environment I think...
I do it to cleanse my aura and living space of negativity.
I did it for the first time yesterday....dramatic difference! I'd been so stressed and caught up in my own head lately...hadnt be able to sleep for a few days.
Love it, definitely a believer.
When I was little I was taught that it was something like voodoo, lol.

I do it fairly often. I have a lot of negative energy to keep away. I do it weekly normally, sometimes even more often.I have also done it for friends who felt that their house was haunted. It gave them some peace of mind at least.
I think weekly will work for me as well, but perhaps a little more often for now....temporarily.
Funny you say that about the haunted house.. I had a similar experience a few yrs back, but it wasn't haunted, my friend had a party at her place and the next morning the entire house was just filled with weird and bad energies they left I guess. She did something similar to smudging but it worked.

Hmm I'm going to look in to this. Where did you guys learn how to do it?
I've learned of it through a ton of reading about history of ancient cultures. Smudging/smoking for cleansing has been practiced by the celts, native americans, and many others around the world for thousands of years.

Twice a week i burn some premium weed in the apartment as the neighbors started complaining about the smell if i smoke on the balcony. Does that count? 😆
lol, almost but not quite. The smell did kinda remind me of weed a lil though lol

I think that's the best time to do it. When you're stressed and there's a good reason.

Anyone do this? If so...what are the benefits, and how often do you do it?
