Basically, everything is wave form until observed yes?

That's possibly. Everything is made of those protons and interactions with reality are reality.

I think I got how to apply it to real life. Your life.

Our present is determined by choices, environment, and how we respond(how/who we are ego wise) right?

Not much we can do about past--present situation.

Our environment is subject to a lot out of our control.

What we do have control of is ourselves.

If we continue to do everything we always do not much will change, we become linear. Let's call it outcome A, the A path/outcomes.

That also implies if we do things different break our pattern of behavior we change to something else, B,C,D however you want to describe it.

If we change of life style and minds set,

Hypothetically, if we break our pattern of behavior.

We literally can change our lives.

The thing is "A" is what we know( comfort zone,) and our brains are designed to recognize and follow patterns.

Do ya charge is hard. Takes time unless you are willing to bite the bullet and be uncomfortable, push through the anxiety, or ignore the fear. To break the pattern.

Changing your life really does start with you.

The real problem is when anxiety, fear, and life problems complet make you forget. Then even if you 100% know you're about to fuck up, you still do because you already made that decision in your mind. What are those type of people to do in that situation. Controlling ones self is truly hard in today's time. Going outside, exercising, and being around other helps. But what happens when night finally falls and one is left with their mind? No more people, no more daylight. Just a sleepless night full of anxiety and fear. I've gone 36 hours just hoping I could fall asleep and get rest. Yet still feel the deep anxiety and fear. At that point I normally run to a negative or harmful cope.

No, I can't share details, My brain...more like I don't think or see reality like everyone else. I can pick up on the flow and see outcomes if I have enough information about the situation and people involved.

It finally clicked how to explain it in a way others can understand. That's a shortcoming of mine, being unable to articulate complex stuff. That 3 paraph statement, took me a half hour to write. Full of grammar and spelling errors.

For myself, there are times were I get epiphanies when I'm felt alone to process everything going on and everything involved. It's a combination of 2 things.

One, It's mostly a learned skill because the environment I grow up in, I had to be aware of what's going on to dodge bullets so to speak. Be it others true intentions( a lot of people being manipulative for one reason or another(survival was a common one) or observing how situation developed and played out, understanding.

Second, I became self aware really Early. My mom played games that developed critical thinking skills and inquisitive stuff. I have been hyper aware since I was a toddler. These last 8 years that has only gotten stronger.

I will say the Second thing you need to do is figure out what you want to do and experience.

The first and most important is to understand yourself. You have to really take time to think about your past and the choices you made. Why you made those choices.

How you work and what makes you tick. How you respond to things and it's effects. To look at yourself as your best friend giving advice. In my experience some of the most loving caring people don't show themselves the same treatment.

I can not stress this enough. We weren't born the way we are. Look at children so full of life and love and curiosity and natural kindness. Go for it, sit at a part and watch kids play. They are pure.

We are the way we are because of environmental conditioning such as social pressures and adapting to our environment. Emotional traumas both positive and negative. It's all learned behavior. It shaped of we express ourselves and act in the world and with others. Anything that can be learned can be unlearned or changed. Life is a learning experience. I will say there are core aspects of yourself, that will never change.

You can and should be grateful for what you do have going for you. For the simple fact you may neglect to maintain those things.

Exhaustion? Lmao ya I know all about that.

It's a mindset to push through hard times but also we have physical bodies and emotional bodies too. Everything is energy. Those are forms of energy.

Work work work, push push push is draining. Doing things you enjoy or doesn't feel like work, down time. I've been burned out and over stressed myself. I recently snapped. And it absolutely needed to happen. I was giving and not receiving anything in return especially to charge my battery. I spoke up and tried asking and it didn't happen. So I have stopped giving and considering walking away from this unnecessarily stressful situation I'm in. So I'm changing it. I'm not giving more then I have extra to those that don't recipicate. On a emotional level, I'm not going to do What doesn't feel right or good to or for me. I exhausted myself and burned out.

..... Got to take care of yourself too! Are you taking care of yourself or doing something that recharges your battery? Is someone else there for you to do that for you? What works for you, coping mechanism that are healthy for you that work?



What is it you are doing that is exhausting you? Will it lead to what you want or need, something that's matters/important to you?

Are you giving yourself down time? What works for you?

That last part, you are aware. What do you want to try differently.

It was a time I would rather forget. It was after a trip (to Queesnstown). My friend and I were in a close call ascending the mountain and something may have tweaked then.

When I got home I was in a different sort of mood. I was acting childish and nihilistic trying to cope with it. Days later I became kind of sensitive to sound. Not normal sound. Humming. Electric motors, fridges etc. I thought I was losing my mind because I would trance out to them and hear freakish echoes and ethereal type sounds. If anything it felt demonic. It dragged on and on for months. Snapping in and out of trances at will. The body was humming and humming..

But I was exuding a kind of energy that I could even feel at times, overwhelming me.

During this time I won near $ 100k in prizes. Won multiple competitions of skill I had no prior experience in. I felt like a magnet. All energy was directed at me for a time.

But it all fell flat. I was suffering terrible insomnia. I was disconnecting with my peers and fell into a depression.

Like that the switch turned off. Sleep resumed. No more hypersensitivity. No more headaches.

It didn't end there as I sometimes still have problems with hollowed out hums. My ears try to pull me into sleep mode when I latch on. You can imagine what I'm like around bass notes. 🙂

Yes the hum is always there to those who can pay attention to it. Hell if you want you can feel your own heart best with practice.

Something similar happened to me, yet i didn't go with it. instead i scatterer my energy and wasted it.

The hum I think you are referring to, is extraordinary. My memory is fuzzy which thing it was, but a few of them said it started with becoming aware of it. The hum I think you are referring to is always there. You have just become aware of it. You may have a better time locking on to it and exploring it, away from other hums and strong emis.

Before bed I want you to follow the hum and let yourself follow it. Just half way so you don't lose consciousness. Practice staying conscious through the experience.

When you feel like you have more control of that aspect allow yourself to go completely in. Follow you intuition about what to do. Zero to be afraid of.

P.S consciousness is awareness. Not brain chatter nor the fear or anxiety or other mental blocks. Go right a head and ignore those responses form your mind. You will be fine. Kind of envious.

Funny enough today I actually hung out with my parents. I helped my dad fix the breaks on a work van, then helped him and my mom plant their flower garden. It made me remember how good it feels to be around people, especially them. I isolated myself for so long to the point I didn't care, or did care, and would do something to make reality disappear. Being around them is the best thing I can do at this point, rather then trying to hide myself from the reality they won't be around forever. When it comes to late night anxiety, I try to just play something nostalgic on my Nintendo switch. That seems to help me a ton. Breathing techniques help too. Maybe watch some goofy YouTube videos. I've felt bad for so long, but realize all things will pass. So when I'm feeling deep levels of anxiety and stress, I try to just remind myself it will pass. Then it eventually does pass 100% of the time if I truly believe it.
