That's possibly. Everything is made of those protons and interactions with reality are reality.
I think I got how to apply it to real life. Your life.
Our present is determined by choices, environment, and how we respond(how/who we are ego wise) right?
Not much we can do about past--present situation.
Our environment is subject to a lot out of our control.
What we do have control of is ourselves.
If we continue to do everything we always do not much will change, we become linear. Let's call it outcome A, the A path/outcomes.
That also implies if we do things different break our pattern of behavior we change to something else, B,C,D however you want to describe it.
If we change of life style and minds set,
Hypothetically, if we break our pattern of behavior.
We literally can change our lives.
The thing is "A" is what we know( comfort zone,) and our brains are designed to recognize and follow patterns.
Do ya charge is hard. Takes time unless you are willing to bite the bullet and be uncomfortable, push through the anxiety, or ignore the fear. To break the pattern.

And you don't have to be a good person either. Exude the energy and watch what happens. It was painfully exhausting and in the end, i broke the rhythm and resumed life again.click to expand

The real problem is when anxiety, fear, and life problems complet make you forget. Then even if you 100% know you're about to fuck up, you still do because you already made that decision in your mind. What are those type of people to do in that situation. Controlling ones self is truly hard in today's time. Going outside, exercising, and being around other helps. But what happens when night finally falls and one is left with their mind? No more people, no more daylight. Just a sleepless night full of anxiety and fear. I've gone 36 hours just hoping I could fall asleep and get rest. Yet still feel the deep anxiety and fear. At that point I normally run to a negative or harmful cope.

It was a time I would rather forget. It was after a trip (to Queesnstown). My friend and I were in a close call ascending the mountain and something may have tweaked then.
When I got home I was in a different sort of mood. I was acting childish and nihilistic trying to cope with it. Days later I became kind of sensitive to sound. Not normal sound. Humming. Electric motors, fridges etc. I thought I was losing my mind because I would trance out to them and hear freakish echoes and ethereal type sounds. If anything it felt demonic. It dragged on and on for months. Snapping in and out of trances at will. The body was humming and humming..
But I was exuding a kind of energy that I could even feel at times, overwhelming me.
During this time I won near $ 100k in prizes. Won multiple competitions of skill I had no prior experience in. I felt like a magnet. All energy was directed at me for a time.
But it all fell flat. I was suffering terrible insomnia. I was disconnecting with my peers and fell into a depression.
Like that the switch turned off. Sleep resumed. No more hypersensitivity. No more headaches.
It didn't end there as I sometimes still have problems with hollowed out hums. My ears try to pull me into sleep mode when I latch on. You can imagine what I'm like around bass notes.
