The obvious thing: don’t use your savings for a deposit to buy a flat! Buy 400000 Apple shares instead! Twenty years later, they will be worth 80 million USD. Your flat will be worth shit.

man I love this so much. I busted out laughing at the end though lol. I don't want to spoil but you had to go there! I may change mine now lol. you are smart.

To not spend my money foolishly.

To put more into savings/retirement.

To study harder in college and take school more seriously.

To NOT take my ex back.

To enjoy youth/childhood to the fullest and not constantly wish to be older.

I don't know what I'll tell my 10 year old self over the phone, honestly. I really and truly honestly don't know🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️. I've grown to be too stubborn to give myself any advices. That's probably what I'll tell my 10 year old self. Stop being so stubborn dude. And it don't take 60 seconds to say that.

I don't mean myself. What I mean to say is I don't know what I'll say as a 10 year old kid right now as my future self 🤷‍♂️. I don't know, maybe, but maybe don't be stubborn and chase your dreams. So I guess I do know, huh..

I would have chosen a later age (20) to receive this information though. I don’t know what my 10 year old self, born and raised under a Communist dictatorship would have made of this. “Grandma, a woman with a foreign accent, but looking strangely familiar, told me not to buy a flat! She said I should use the money to buy apples instead.” 🤣🤣

Don’t major on Accounting. Be the chef you always wanted to be.

Fair point! I don't think I even owned a credit card until my mid 20s & that too only because I had to travel outside of Australia. In which case my future self would have to hire a decent investment coach teacher as well.

LoL @ strangely familiar looking granma! I mean, it is not eniterly out of thevrealm of possibilities that older alternate you found a way to pass on a cryptic massage onto your younger self in this dimension which in accutality would align with stocks in Apple. Or perhaps start a bakery, which frankly, isn't such a bad idea either. Folks gotta eat! 😁
