Does anyone here practice sun gazing? I've heard of all sorts of great benefits.
I'm still somewhat under the impression that you can go blind from it...this opinion may change once the spots clear up in front of my vision, lol.
I was wondering why the government wanted to cover the sun with chemtrails - besides global domination of the food supply of course - and I stumbled upon a few groups who were practicing sun gazing as a means to heal themselves of all sorts of ailments.
So, a couple of days ago I stood barefoot, in the 'hood' no less, in the grass looking like an absolute moron - oh, did I mention it was raining?
Anyhow, I stood there, palms up to the sky, welling up all of my freezing chi and released my energy off into the clouds -> || PAUSE

I've done it (staring at a bright sun without shades) a few times, up to 6-7 minutes max but never barefoot. It hasn't damaged my sight (as far as I can tell) but I was -never- worried about this occuring.

This summer I may go for slightly longer periods (and barefoot this time) to see what it gives.
Yes barefoot on the ground is supposed to be good

I wish we had more sun here!!!
