See the above video? From 2:49 onwards the visuals are just wonderful.

First there's Riri in the air with multi-coloured balls hovering all around her.

Then there's Riri on the swing poised for infinity.

And then there's the fireworks and THAT TREE.

It's the prospect of seeing shit like that that keeps me going into the cinema.

It's seeing shit like that that makes me proud to be a human being.

It's seeing shit like that that's made Inception one of my top 5 fav movies.

I just love to peak into the artificial wonderland created by the minds of others.

Fellow lovers of artificial wonder post your idea of arresting visuals.

P.S cool song, too.

SatoriFierce, totally agree with that list. Kick ass fo sho.

The Cell was so whacked. Aesthetically intoxicating none the less.

I liked Pan's Labyrinth was awesome. I did find myself laughing at a few not funny scenes though for some reason.

Guilermo Del Toro totally owns in my opinion. Hellboy I was alright, but he did an excellent job on the II one. I know comic movies are geeky sorta, but I really liked the graphic novel so the movies entertained me. Word on the street says he's going to do H.P. Lovecraft's At The Mountains of Madness. I would have a Lovecraft-gasm.

Dynamite, is Science of Sleep not popular— That movie was fantastic. If it isn't popular then it should be, weird. I just assumed it was.
