Age 16~first time drag racing with my white 1976 chevy stepside.

another one was when I was going to buy a 1971 chevelle.I was happy,but it wasnt really the year I wanted.
so that moring I was going to buy it,I looked on craigslist 10mins before we were leaving.

there it was a 1970 chevelle $ 3800 so we went and look at it. it need some work,but it was a 1970! one of the best years for chevelle.

so now I have a 1970 chevelle 🙂

I tried to pocket a British guy. Much to my chagrin he escaped en route. I'm sorry to hear that, and part of the reason why I spread sunshine and rainbows wherever I tread. 😉

I had a lovely time actually. I miss it, it felt like home. I've been grumping and moping about since I got back even though my loved ones are around me once more. I am pondering, and quite seriously here; on moving overseas once my son is finished with schooling and on his own.

I am going to go back, as soon as I can muster it. For longer this time though, perhaps two weeks to a month. Feel everything out and see how it goes. Reverse immigration plan. My ancestors sprung from there and 200 years later I'll return. I didn't experience much culture shock, in fact I slid into the place quite easily. Whacky sense of humor and all. 😄
