that happens to me..and as now I'm about to have one.. what I just had for dinner:
- a big bowl of japanese noodle - 6 steamed hot dumplings - one big cookies and creme chocolate bar - one chocolate bar .. snickers - two handfuls of milk chocolate covered almonds - two big strips..chunks of beef jerky - some cheese - a slice of toasted corn bread - one apricot jam filled pastry - chocolate chip cookies - a cup of tea - water
..just for dinner :s
it's not about hunger..it's just cravings..like I just have to put something in my mouth..chewing..swallowing..eating..tasting.. lol
this lasts about 1 1/2 ~ 2 weeks then the period starts.. then another 1 1/2 ~ 2 weeks.. I just eat enough not to feel hungry & to function well
so I put some weight before the period then shed said weight after the period ..thus balance restored.. the nature..
and then some of my girl friends say that they have the opposite symptoms(?) they lose appetite right before the period but when it starts then they can't help but eat whatever placed before their eyes..lol
other than the crazy food craving..I don't have particular pms..maybe I become sleepy more often..so I tend to go to bed earlier than usual.. 🙂
Youre not the only one, I recently put up a similar thread. Sometimes I do not have an appetite, other times, it comes like yours. I crave snacks on top of snacks! I hate it becasue I know i had to have gained weight during this time. smh
hehe..my periods are very accurate..even I still don't have to count the days for the next one..because just watch my appetite and sleep pattern..I see when the next period will start.. lol
also, something else I have noticed.. my body temperature tends to go up a bit during the ovulation.. and I have read some scientific articles about that..during female ovulation their body temperature tend to increase a bit.. so I feel like as if I were about to catch a cold..but nothing serious ..🙂
so during this food cravings..I just eat.. succumb.. lol actually this is a good excuse lol: your body is about to lose some blood (=period) so it demands some(or more..) food (than the usual..) also as I know the weight I put up during this period of time will go away after the menstruation..not much worried..the nature will balance things out even.. eventually..lol
becoming sleepy too early at nights, actually, bugs me more.. as I tend to become more productive at night..nocturnal being..:s and last night I fell asleep around 9:30 pm lol.. and got up at 7 am.. ah slept too long..
