I was actually gonna make a thread like this called "Your Life Will Change When You Do".

It was supposed to be about how simple a solution this mindset is to most people's problems and how difficult it is to implement because of habit.

That board should have its own chapter in the Bible.

Too many to count and still my life leaves me wanting sometimes.

Most of 'em with the exception of my number one passion, creating, are very passive exercises (reading, watching TV etc).

Therein lies the problem.

Will be taking OP's advice.
