girl stuff

Okay ladies, I need advice from my fellow sensitive-skin sisters. I need a body lotion that isn't greasy, too heavy or scented or too chemical-y, basically it has to be super gentle. Any ideas?

I suppose fellas *could* answer this one too...lol.

I used to be able to wear any kind of lotion, but in the last couple years my skin has gotten very sensitive and I can't do it anymore. I tried that Vasoline Intensive Care stuff that claims to be unscented, but actually they're liars, I hate the scent. Plus, I don't need a heavy lotion, I don't have "severely dry skin". Would something with Alpha Hydroxy be good do you think? I hear that stuff works miracles, but I don't know exactly what it does, and "hydroxy" kinda freaks me out, it reminds me of hydrogen peroxide, which literally eats away at your skin...

I don't know the best stuff that is light...I mostly need heavy duty stuff for my hands...
But, about alpha hydroxy products...they seem to have major exfoliating properties...I don't know if I like that...

I find that many artificial scents really bug me...I am into natural scents, like essential oils...

I am not familiar with the product Parallax suggested...though, I trust his opinion...

You might check out health food stores. The one near me is wonderful and has not only essential oils...but, natural, pure lotions without additives that irritate the skin! Ask whoever is working that day...at least where I go, they are very knowledgeable (sp?) about the various products they carry....

(I hope I find what I am looking for too! But, I am afraid that mine is a lost cause...I want a man who isn't a jerk...ever!!...but, yet, I don't want him to be gay...don't get me wrong...I love gay men! THEY understand me! But, we don't have any sexual chemistry...however, gay men are the only men I know who are never jerks! Sigh...Ce la vie!)
