Basically anything under 18 is considered a child here so both knew she was risking that,its not the kids say when they are under thier parents roof.Kids are the only ones allowed to sleep with kids or its abuse because they're niave,over 18 noone risks anything as far as this stuff goes cause donald trump would definately be in jail if it was just "years" between the two being a factor.
