Why do people LIE on people? (RANT)

-Basically the person who framed the person I know, wasn't getting the amount of attention desired... But still even if you wasn't getting the amount of attention you wanted... Why Frame an individual, so that they can be out of the picture... Like Why?? I figured after a certain age.. We, as people, would grow into our Common Sense...
But I've learned.. Maturity/Wisdom/Common Sense doesn't come with age, but with Experience

Thats the DAMN truth... UGH.. They just get me SOOO mad... Like people have lives... Like you can't just mess up a person's life...
