I'm curious about your Commute to Work-- specifically, time and distance. 😄

A five mile trip sounds like a breeze-- until you realize that four of those miles are on the freeway and it takes an hour.

And 20 miles sounds bad-- but not if you're going against traffic and it only takes you 15 min. to get there.

I may be looking at something like the latter, and I cringe at the mileage-- but I'm sure I'm not alone.

What is your commute like?

Thanks! 🙂

Not so bad nowadays! an hour to two tops after they finally fixed these damn bus lanes and more train stations along my area of sydney.

I do remember my commute to Uni seeing I did that for a few years. Consisted of waking up at 5am in the morning to sleep on the bus which took 2 hours to get into the City CBD to which then I'd have to change buses and it takes another 2 hours to get to Uni. And they wonder why I could never make it on time and they never believe I caught the earliest bus 😢

Funny thing is outside of peak hour at the time the entire trip would've taken less than 30 mins.

20 miles mostly all freeway against traffic, piece of cake unless there is snow. I drive across a bridge. The bridge is across Lake Erie. If it is icy, it is rather terrifying.

I have the option to work from home. I do it on occasions but I hate it. Who will give me compliments on my hair and clothes? 😛

Icy?

😐

I just smh-- I wouldn't like that a bit.

Glad I moved back south-- but yeah, it's nice to see and be seen. 😄
