My mind is my worst enemy.

Don't know what is it but my mind is my biggest enemy it just makes complete stories on its own to keep me up all night. Even when everything is apparently fine in my relationship my mind just doesn't let me to relax. My mind is on work constantly creating all the drama inside me. My poker face help a lot so no one knows what's going inside. I am tired by this constant fight between my heart and my mind. fear fear and more fear as to what the future holds for me. Sometimes I can't even understand those messy feelings because they don't even make sense 😢
Anyone ever experienced something like this? and which placement do you blame for it

On her profile it says Cap Moon. I don't know how many degrees are required for a square aspect, but it could be the square between your Sun sign and Moon sign. Though, it's really not serious astrology if one isolates any one placement or aspect in a natal chart, but we seem to do that a lot on dxp.

Well as per astro.com My sun is sextile my moon.

I feel that all the fear in me is coming from all the Saturn in my chart. Any saturn dominant person ever felt like this ?
