this is actually a very popular movie that it made into Netflix series.

i didnt realize how popular. lol





i haven't seen the netflix series, but alot of people were turned off by the main character because he looks dumb and a goofball.

Bradley cooper just seems to hit it off well with his first impression of poor, broke guy looking homeless,

to very wealthy entrepreneaur.

there is a scene of Bradley cooper with his girlfriend in a cafe,

and she was breaking up with him because he is a broke guy and the girlfriend wants to break up cause she doesn't want to be a "bank" to him and he's constantly broke. lol

gold digger? lol 😆 heehee

anyway, they dont have that scene. Only the cool scene of him being wealthy and smart and getting his girlfriend back.

i think too that Jake McDorman's face, is too sweet, which gives off not being "hard" or serious enough.

but you get used to that face cause there's a sweetness to it. like you know he'd be a good guy even if he's portrayed as irresponsible in the series.

i haven't seen the series to make any conclusions.

i saw the first part for a bit and notice that the first movie, was about a CREATIVE guy, who can't write,

he was a dreamer who thought he could write but can't.

and the Netflix tv series starts with a musician who can't get famous or find a good famous tune to be good at music. lol

i thought he was good imo, but the theme is, two creative guys ...one writer the other a musician who can't get a break. lmao.

the creative guys turned totally mental...

yeah i just realized that too, i just started watching the first episode (pilot)

and i didnt notice until later.... O_O

Lolz I definitely prefer the natural way too.

I think the drug it's based on is modafinil.

It's a cognitive enhancer.

The movie looks interesting.

It's a pretty standard movie imo. Nothing surprising happens in it, but if you like Bradley Cooper (which I do) then it's enjoyable.

Best line of the film when he's a mess at the beginning: "My excuse for looking like this? I'm a writer."

his fanbase gets smaller and smaller, until he is almost out on the street, playing his guitar singing for coins. xD

My niece is taking that as her medication.. it made her have a terrible insomnia.. she needs melatonin 10mg daily to sleep...

And she also has tremors because of that.. and she's only 20 ?
