another one I like is Jewel's acoustic cover of "Somewhere Over The Rainbow" (really shows off all her vocal abilities)

You all should get the live, Lilith Fair version of Joni Mitchell's "Big Yellow Taxi" re-done by the indigo girls, sarah maclachlan, jewel and meredith brooks--it's VERY unpolished, but I like it even better than the original. It's more rock-y.
Another good one: "Wild Horses", originally by the rolling stones; redone by Jewel.
And she also has an awesome version of "Have a Little Faith in Me" out...can someone tell me who originally did that song? Because I feel like I've heard it done by other people before.
