are geminis manipulative?

I've dated an aquarius and a libra before (I just realized they're all air signs..) and I could see right through them. But I feel differently towards this gemini... I feel like she tells me lies and it pisses me the fuck off. I mean, "am I on speakerphone? (a simple question)" "no you're not, why" "i can just hear myself echoing in the background (something that happens on speakerphone)" and then her friend starts chuckling in the background (something that wouldn't be picked up on unless she was on speakerphone.)
Am I just going crazy?
And I just can't get rid of her either.

not on purpose. you shouldn't take anything they say seriously. they don't.

I never could stand a gemini for too long, although I have libra rising so I've been able to relate to them in many cases. But as a cap, I've seen this when analyzing the traits of a gemini, I would consider them to have manipulative and even deceptive potential.
