I know I should post this on the food/health forum or even the health forum but I figure (or at least I hope) I'll get more replies here.
Does anyone have any good detox tips? I'm taking a break from drinking alcohol for the rest of the month (and possibly next month - will see how it goes) and going to try being "dairy free" for the next couple of weeks. I've got cartons of alpro soya instead of milk and have even managed to find a lactose free cheese type spread! I'm switching from regular tea to green tea as well and completely banning bread from my diet.
I'm just wondering if anyone has some good tips or ideas from their own experiences of detoxing. I just want to cleanse a bit I suppose from all the crap I've eaten over the past month and get some energy back - I've felt a bit sluggish lately.
I actually have a really good Breville juicer! Fantastic I'll try that mix out thanks!
I did a 10 week yoga course earlier last year and really enjoyed it so would happily take it up again so that would be easy enough to do.
