I get the balls on up into my bedroom and I stay there for years and years.
Oh, and I sell things and take random trips to places for 6 months and cause lots of trouble in those countries only to come back and go into my room.

But when it is a huge thing, like a broken heart, it is complicated to file them away. I try , and i do it, I need to, to go to work, to deal with responsibilities. But then, I listen to some music and all these emotions drown me and they overwhelm my core.
They are intense moments, a tornado of feelings , difficult to explain, waves coming and going. Then I am myself again, cheerful, happy and active.

I know exactly what you mean! Its torture! You feel like you are going mad! Heres a bit of advice: if you want permanent relief from a bad feeling, you must accept that it is there, feel it fully and not resist it at all. Embrace it wholefully, feel it and it will feel bad, but it will slowly evaporate, leaving you feeling refreshed and lighter over time. To deny it only makes it worse.
