killing Peoples values, Pisces Action Starts

Hello,

My company started with people, for the people, with good values.

With time passing people are getting equal to numbers.

I cant accept this, I maintain the good values but they are getting into my nerves because I dont apply what they want.

If they cronfront me right now I am capable of detroying all company they are creating and lefting them brain dead.

Do you Pisces have this furies when people's values are broken? Or this is my Aries planets (moon, mercury and venus) and Cancer mars working?

People first company, Talent based company.

People say this has to do with size, when I apllied to the company (6 years or so) I was one of the first 10 people there.

New CEO changed the values, he says its for the people yet but numbers are there everywhere.

What I want to destroy is that new bad ideas and people that do that change, because along the numbers they want to control everything and cut you off, dont know if you know what I mean.

You progress, your motivation, your love of work, being with family also, all is being destroyed.

What I mean is that I want those values back because I love the company standards, thats why I am in it, and now this stupid people, to not say more, only try to control numbers and cutt you off.

I will probably leave de company if things continue to go bad.

Killing, Thats my interior rage but I never do it, only if they confront me in a really serious manner. But I am holding my emotions, I know if I go to that stage all ends right there, and people get damaged.

What I know is that with Pisces people get surprised, because we are cool with everything most of the time, but just dont mess with people or good values, and shark arises.

I am still there yet because I love the people there and my work. I usually dont give a dam but they are doing bad things in a consistant manner. People getting out and giving other people job only because they are always there kissing their asses.

So the "good" people get all work also and they are fine with it.

So I started writing something but deleted it because I realized that my emotions were doing the talking. Pisces energy have been exercising their demons on me lately but it has nothing to do with you so here i am with a clear and free mind.

In my dealings with pisces or water signs in general i findthat when you guys get an idea in your head its almost impossible to shake it??_ you're even capable of painting people with your emotions in your minds eye just to make those ideas seem true. You dont all do this but a majority of you do.

Then theres this vengeful thing with you guys ??_theres really no reason to go iinto details about your work life cause your choice of words say a lot. I dont think the real issue is with the people, their actions or aries placements??_the viewpoint thats causing the reaction you're having is what needs "killing".

I'm sure you didn't anticipate this when you started the company but its in front of you now, so how do you plan on approaching this? Are you going to react or respond to the situation? You can react by "killing the company they keep"??_or respond in a way that doesnt jeaopardize YOUR personal values.

Never antecipated, even with people saying "when company grows all will be very diffrent", I believed for years we were different, now new CEO cames and changes everyting to numbers, even the founders of the company are putted in a corner, with no opinion. He invested and now he is the total owner of company and his sheeps. He is a Gemini by the way and I have gemini ascendant, I answer to him with no problems, he doesnt like it most of the time.

I will probably say what problems company will face if continues this way and leave the company if they dont give me reason.

Maybe it's time to start looking for another job. Going down a destructive path will harm you more in the long run. The typical CEO is egotistical and greedy. You could try to plead a case but in the end they do what they want. If you decide to plead your case, back it up with facts. Show them how it will make the company more efficient and profitable. But thread lightly. In the process of trying to reason with them, you could be burning your bridges. Leave on good terms.

I don't understand the language of the OP and I hope he doesn't mean "killing" literally.

As a pisces, I do have some destructive rages sometimes but I don't accomplish them very often.
When I am in a sour environment, one of my favorite tactics can be to "swim with the sharks", to become a shark myself and use this new environment to progress to the top circle if that's possible. One thing pisces can do easily is forfeit our moral standards, and if the company has already gone to sh $ t, then there is nothing wrong in doing that.
It can be a better idea than to quit the job or to ruin it or to kill everybody in the company.

killing is a figurative expression, they are "killing"/destroying good values.

I dont apply my rage too, I just imagine how would it be.

Like your name, I am the last to loose hope, I fight with little things and I believe I can get to it, even if lasts many years.

Yeah, been told to me, CEO is there now and then when he sees he doesnt like it anymore or he is rich enough, he will bail out.

I am the owner of all concerns about moral issues, I remember them all.

I have my North node in Libra and Shouth node in Aries, always struggling about action/war or justice/peace.

Today one more step from CEO toward me that makes me want to get out.

I will probably will, and I will be out peacefully.

I know he wants me to reply, because I am very emotional, and then he has one more reason to try to BOSS me out. He doesnt know pisces can go with the flow, with no problems, but no one bosses us.

I know who first contracted me will be very Sad but I will talk to they if they want and explain all with no problems and in calm way.

I will not talk with CEO anymore if I can. This person only destroys things up and people arround.

This CEO just doesnt know what is a good employee. He doesnt know when pisces believes in something he wil give all for that cause. Even with all suggestions and work I do extra time things dont change with him.

Many important people are getting out too.

The company looses, the ideals where the best, but its dying, and my heart is going away from them now.

This CEO just sucks bigtime.

I dont have insomnias but this gave me one, grrrr. Im just forecasting all comming events on and on.

Im trying to use this time to relax...and to prepare for my exit.

Sometimes at the end of the day I check daily horoscope, and many time is right, dang:
