Pisces boss,being a b**** HELP.

Maybe I should say "IS" a b**** ...& she not necessarily my boss..boss,but shes my supervisor..but anyway ever since I got this new job 3 months ago,everythings been pretty good now that I finally gotta job I can keep & have steady income.But im going to loose it all if I can't control my temper (aries moon,aqau sun)& tell my pisces supervisor to fuck off,first.When I think of pisces,I think of ppl sensitive and respectable of other ppls emotions,this woman is everything BUT.The first day I met her,she was talking to me like I was remedial..everytime I made a mistake,even the slightest she wouldn't encourage me to do better,she would tell me and correct me until I felt like sh**.I understand that she wants things done right & it may be upsetting to her,but even beyond work it just seems like she has this *my sh** don't stank,but if it does oh well f*** you "* attitude and FOR WHAT?I don't even know her!But she treats me like we BEEN beefin..its drivin me NUTS because how can I be atleast cordial with sum1 thats constantly trying to push my buttons or rub me the wrong way...I tried ignoring,talking but I just feel nothing works..remember she was like this when I got here..im thinking she takes her problems at home and brings it to work and cant distinguish the two..idk..but how can I deal with this?I need SOME advice on how to handle this because I can't go another month without saying something thats probly going to hurt her feelings and end up loosing my job....

it seems to me like you havent had much experience with a bitch, hehe, i can always spot a noobie. dont worry, how you deal with them is simple-just dont let them bring you down on their level,objective is simple but it takes alot of willpower.

Dunce, first things first, I worked with a Piscean woman so I am able to see what you are saying about the remedial way she gives instruction and that aire that she's better.

Sounds like P-Angel.... One of my Pisces besties is like this, too.

You really can't let it get to you because they know how their actions effect you and will keep pushing it... to continue/or try to get that emotional charge from you.
If you give them no response, they'll start picking on someone else for their fix.

That is EXACTLY whats she was doing,she wouldn't shut up until she saw that was annoyed,then she would leave..but not after making a dramatic leave you feeling lost and confused exit.

and @ lovebucket idk what your picking up,but my intentions are never negative,which is why I was asking for advice.Like I said,the first week of working with her she started up.

I took you guys advice today,and so far so good...she's leaving for a different shift in 3days..so I get a 2 month break atleast,I might just get to keep my job afterall 🙂

just let her 'help' you

pay more focus on whether you do your job right. dont give her a reason to find flaws in your performance. after your performance is flawless then its only a matter of personality and teamwork. if there is a superior above her, if you show that superior that you are good at teamwork then you may even take this pisces position. that is how i have been getting promoted above people, out perform and do a better job

as an aries you got to remember to focus on the message and not the messenger. unfortunately sometimes pisces may focus on the messenger and to deliver the message. disregard it because the cost for her to do that will undo her. as a supervisor, the team member wont get the blame unless its deliberate sabotage or sabotage of teamwork. when everything is transparent then the faulting team member will be replaced
