Pisces CoWorker

I'm a little confused about a pisces co-worker I have. We used to talk a lot and were pretty good work friends, although we never did anything outside the office together. She got a promotion and I know she is busier and has more responsibility, but she doesn't seem to want to talk anymore. In fact, we have shared very little conversation since this promotion (about two months ago), unless it has been work related. Granted, we are all busier this time of year and have production goals to maintain.

I keep telling myself it is the workload and responsibility and possibly she has to step back because of her position.

I'm just a little confused on whether it is personal or whether the promation has made her too good for everyone else (but I have a hard time believing that from a pisces). We used to dislike the same person (a virgo that used to work with us and has since left), we have bf's the same zodiac sign and talked about that, talked about our kids activiities, etc.

She's not mean or ignoring me, it's just she's very quiet with all of us.

I mentioned to her one time that I missed our conversations, and she said yeah, I'm just really busy right now. I do believe that, just curious if there was another angle I'm not seeing.

Any insights?

Oh, I'm not one to sit and chat and waste time all day. But the beginning and ending of the day, we would chat a bit.

Not really. We used to have the same job, but now she's an auditor. I don't report to her, but she audits our work, works out trends, trains people, educates other departments and is there for our reference.

Thanks. I'm thinking something like that, but it was starting to bother me. I try to put myself in her shoes and see how I would be.

Try asking her to go somewhere with you after work, or during a weekend ... maybe with the kids.

Also, office politics are always an issue, and now she's dealing with a whole new set of prejudices from people didn't have to interact with previously .... it's difficult feeling people out, maybe there is a hard one she has to work with now, and hasn't figured out the territory.

She probably somewhat worried about her new position with more responsabilities.

But you have Scorpio Rising lol I remembered one of my coworkers (scorpio Sun), I chat with her as with others but then she sometimes share things talked in a little group to the crowd, I just hate that...

Lunch with her or something.

Thanks, yall. I do feel much better about it now after reading all you had to say. She may also be trying to make a good impression on the higher ups as well.
