OK, I am just starting to see a bit more of this Pisces guy who is 13 years older than me and we work together. We are both single.

Me:
Sun - Libra
Moon - Sagittarius
Merc- Libra
Venus - Libra
Mars - Sagitarrius
AS - Virgo

He:
Sun - Pisces
Moon - Pisces
Merc - Aqua
Venus - Aqua
Mars- Aries
AS unknown

Are we compatible? What should I do to become closer to him? Make a move? Will he wait for me to make the move?

Just talk to him, don't try to impress him,if it doesn't work out, you guys probably could be good friends or good working partners.

I know that doesn't help..but these guys are pretty sensitive...say the wrong thing and then boom..they're gone. You can play the elusive route if ya want..but I'd say the friendship route would hold over much better, plus it'll be more natural to you. Work with your strengths.

Hmmmm. I guess you are saying this because you see a lot of Sag in me and you believe that I am outspoken, which I am. In fact, I have a Sag stellium (Uranus and Neptune also in Sag).

We have worked with each other for more than 2 years and he has only recently warmed up to me. In the beginning, for some weird reason, he got the idea that I did not like him.....strange.

I think he is sweet and good-looking.

What I've noticed about him is that he comes across as rather stand-offish and aggressive at first, but if one gets to know him, the double Pisces side of his is obvious. I wonder if the aggressiveness comes from his Mars in Aries.

He has a hard time making up his mind most of the time, even though he is the boss. I don't see why he has to be so shy with me.

Are there any double Pisces here?

He's your boss? eh..tread carefully.

When I used to date 'shy' guys, the best thing I did was be forward but in a friendly fashion...like..break the ice by asking him out, but letting him lead the toehr times if he wants to come out..or trying to get a conversation and work on opening up by being open about yourself....I'd give compliments, I make jokes, I ask him about trivial things like movies, politics, that random sign that makes me think of a story...I told alot of stories. I was being comfortable being myself and trying to lead him to being comfortable around me.

Things like that...to me it was like laying out light trails to me..all i was missing was a sign that says.."hey ! I like you! why don't you make a move'..if he couldn't get those hints or he was sTILL acting shy..then eh, he just wasn't that into me.

But yah a boss? I'm sure if anyone could do it, it'd be a libra.

ya'll also both have a venus in a air sign, mars in a fire sign..that shows that you can identify with each other..so again, even if it doesn't strike an attraction, it'd still be a great friendship or working relationship. I'd say go for it, ethier way it'd be a win/win for you.

I just looked and yes ... you played mens heads.

You would come in here and talk about a Scorpio professor who would get an erection around you and then shake. Which obviously is a fraction of the story .. because grown men have dick control and aren't going to get erections because a girl is sitting in the classroom. For him to be sitting next to you and stiff, means you aroused him intentionally, just to push him away.

Then you came in again to talk about a Scorp who you let passionately kiss your neck, and then you pushed him away and told him no to sex ...... and was asking us how to keep him interested, and wanting to talk to you with an understanding that you aren't going to give him sex.

In both of those situations .. you led those men into believing your interest was sexul for them to get aroused/snogging, then pushed them away to come in here and comment about them wanting you and how do you keep them interested while at arms length.

Now, I wonder if you plan on trying the same thing with Pisces man .... because if you do, you're in trouble ... Pisces men don't play nice with cock-teasers

I would say Libra and Pisces are a good match in theory, but in reality especially long term, not so much. Libra can just up and change it's mind after years of keeping mad/resentment feelings inside. The Pisces has no idea how the Libra really feels because of Libra's need to just go along with whatever for harmony sake.

I had a bad break up with a Libra and a bad friendship end with another Libra. Both times I really didn't see there freak outs coming, that's why I would urge Libras to be more communicative about what is bothering you to the Pisces about them. But do it nicely, because lets face it, Pisces don't really want to hear it, they want to do what they want to do.

Oddly enough, even though I've had 2 bad experiences with Libras, I still love them. I'd totally go with another one even though I know it probably wouldn't work out. I can't help myself with them. They're usually really attractive too. 😉
