A couple of months ago me(pisces) a libra friend fought.. well.. it was really a fight.. he just kept ignoring me and i insisted on texting him to see him. Eventually, he blew up in my face and started ignoring me ever since. I got really hurt and started turned really cold towards him and have been ignoring him ever since. Now he keeps trying to get my attention and every now and then I find him staring at me. What's his problem?
As a Pisces woman with a Libra man, I'm tempted to try giving some advice. However, I realize that nothing I say will change anything if the hot/cold and ignore/seek head games continue.
Let's see if I have this straight - you had a big fight, apparently. Big enough that he was extremely pissed/hurt and withdrew for a time, during which you blew up his phone, but he coldly ignored your attempts to talk or fix anything. Now he's making overtures to reestablish communication with you, and you're feeling justified in ignoring him this time. You occasionally find him staring at you, but you're enjoying the smug feeling you get by continuing to blow him off.. paybacks for him hurting you? That's a vicious cycle to get into, you know. And yes, it smacks of immaturity. Mature adults communicate, they don't ignore and play games and refuse to talk.
What I don't understand is.. what is so confusing about this? What do you hope to get help with? If you want him in your life, you'll have to swallow your injured pride and communicate with him. If you want him OUT of your life, you can certainly continue what you're doing and hope he gets the hint. But it would be much more effective to simply communicate your desires and wishes to him.

Lashing out in anger at (or passive-aggressively ignoring) the Libra guy (OR P-Angel!) clearly is not helpful to your situation. Deal with your anger in order to see situations more clearly.
