Pisces Man...Is it Over?

I've been dating a Pisces man with a lot of obligations for 3 months. He makes plans but has changed them last minute several times. I

finally told him that if he couldn't see himself being available that I'd start dating other people because I wanted companionship. He only heard the part about other people. I told him that I wanted him but that I didn't want to force anything. He couldn't tell me what he wanted. We got disconnected, though I think he hung up. He texted back later saying his phone died but I didn't respond. He's still following me on social media and checking my snaps but I don't know if I we are done or not. Any thoughts?

I am really bad at advise but I want to help 😢 Us Pisces , we are quite fickle people....I've been known to change plans often, perhaps quite a lot, hence why I'm now single. ..😆 I find that I change plans to fit in to see other people and have time alone. Us pisces hate upsetting loved ones and friends if they want to spend time with us. Pisces tend to not say no (or maybe that is just me :/ ) Maybe he's fitting in seeing everyone or trying to have time to himself? But if he's changed plans at the last minute quite a few times then that's not really fair 😢 Maybe text him or something ? Arrange a date and if he changes his plans again perhaps maybe it's best to date someone else. 🙂
