Well today I had brunch with my boyfriend and his mother and sister. My boyfriend was really excited because it was his bday today and the fact that I got to spend time with his family. I had an interesting time though. First off, let me say his mother is a lovely woman, but she's very blunt and to the point lol. She'll ask you any question she feels like asking at that moment. Like she asked my boyfriend and I when are we going to cut the bullshit and either get married or start shacking up together. My boyfriend started choking on his drink at this point. We both stated that when I finished my degree this winter we would start making plans toward marriage. Now his sister is another story. She has a very warm and up beat personality. However, she is a little bossy and likes to lecture people. Hell, she gave me a lecture on my driving skills ha!!lol But she gave us a compliment stating that we make a beautiful couple and that my boyfriend was a lucky man. According to my boyfriend, she has never ever said that to any of his past girlfriends or even ex wife. Hopefully we will have more outings like this in the near future. 🙂

That's great PP, it's always a bonus when you can spend time with your partners family and get on well with them. 🙂

You could always organise the next one maybe just the three of you get to know each other better - plus it will show you enjoyed their company and would like to spend more time with them.
