Elliot: Gemini. Dizzy, running 14 directions at once, trouble with repressed emotions that she can't handle.
Ted: Pisces. Hates his job in a way that only a Pisces could ever hate a job. Puts up with abuse for ages and ages and ages. Then just explodes over what would appear to be nothing every now and then,
Kelso: Virgo, grouchy fusspot. Makes (Pisces) Ted's job harder than it has to be.
Dr Cox: Leo. Monsterous ego.Can hand out the jokes, but can't take them.

My personal experience says so. No matter how they try to look "low" they are high strung people nonetheless. Usually playing along through low strung with them brings to disappointment?
