Omg guys my day started with a shitty grade in one of my classes and ended my day with my register being short $ 17. I know how to fix my grade in class but this register situation. Ugghhhh EV-A-RY TIME my bitch ass manager TOUCHES my register I'm short cash. Hes a cancer so you know he going to BLAME it on everyone except himself. 😢 my assistant manager is over worked and short fused, so lately she's been a real bitch. I would have stayed on my register but I had an important scan audit to finish up and couldn't register and do the audit. 😢 I hate dis shet

No I don't but it's no secret around the office that he is not good with his cash handling. Almost every time he gets on someone's register they come up short I don't think hes stealing money I think that he simply is not good with the cash register. It also does not help that he is not a man of integrity. He's a pathological liar always looking for a way to cover his own ass. I have no way of proving that I did not feel or mishandle the money it just really sucks

Awwwww...so sorry to hear that you're having or had a bad day. On days like that, I try to remind myself that so far my rate of surviving a bad day is 100% . lol Nothing ever stays the same and just look forward to the time in life when you don't have to deal with stuff like this, because you've advanced on in life.

Last week I witnessed a female store clerk who looks like she's at least in her 40's approach a young male co-worker who at the most is barely out of high school to tell him that he did something incorrect. I was mortified at how she just kept saying the same thing over and over and over and going, "You hear me? ok? Did you hear me? Ok? Ok?' I wanted to turn around and tell her to shut the hell up. I felt bad for the kid. I have young employees/interns all of the time and I would NEVER do that crap to them. They tend to keep in touch years after they've moved on and some of mine have been promoted within. They adore me and now I see why.

Jesus Christ. Some of these managers....help the young folks. smh

Hold your manager accountable and thus issue may dissipate. Good luck.
As a supervisor, I'd be mortified to be looked upon by my subordinates as a failure. Seriously. I'd be embarrassed. I'm not saying that it's good reason for employees not to critique their managers. I'm saying that I wish more managers felt that way and were motivated to be better/more competent leaders.
